The method

   Before proposing anything, I understand the context: the business, the people using the system and the practical problems to solve. The work starts from what the operation actually needs.

   Technical and strategic analysis

   I examine the existing system, identify bottlenecks and assess the options from both a technical and commercial perspective. Every proposal is grounded in the real context.

   Solution design

   I define the architecture, workflows and technology choices. Implementation starts from an agreed project scope, not from a loose email thread.

   Development, testing and training

   I build with attention to detail, test on real devices before delivery and train the team to manage the system in practice.

5. 05

   Maintenance and continuous improvement

   The work continues after delivery. I monitor, update and improve the system over time, with structured ticket-based support.
