Projects built around real digital operations.

SaaS products, applications, e-commerce and websites explained through the practical problem and what I built to solve it.

Every project solves a practical problem. The screenshot shows the product; each case explains what was not working and what I built.

Problem, decisions, implementation and technology remain legible in one view.

First the problem. Then what I built.

Real projects explained clearly: what was not working, how I intervened and which tools I used.

SaaS / Travel

  • Web app
  • SaaS
  • Quoting
  • Stripe
CONTEXT

Tiquote is a web app for travel agencies that need a clear, professional way to prepare quotes under their own brand.

PROBLEM

Many agencies manage quotes through inconsistent documents, manual steps and weak client presentation. The workflow must also track status, delivery, approval and later access.

  • branded links for each agency and quote
  • quote numbers generated automatically
  • dedicated client page
• print, PDF, WhatsApp and email sharing options
  • separate client and administration areas
KEY FEATURES
  • KPIs aligned with quote states
  • post-login loading screen with agency identity and user email
  • dynamic page titles in the agent area
  • ready-to-send and complete actions linked to the client view
  • a consistent and recognisable web and PDF presentation

Automation / Google Workspace / AI

Voice order workflow

Real case
Voice order workflow diagram showing voice input, Apps Script, app and Google Sheet, and order status

From a spoken request to a tracked order, with shared status and fewer steps left to memory.

Technologies and scope

  • Google Apps Script
  • Google Sheets
  • Custom app
  • Automation
  • AI · extension
CONTEXT

An anonymised case from a small family-run company. Five people move constantly between the counter, back room, customers, parcels and stock. Stopping to record a reorder interrupts the work; not recording it means the request may be forgotten.

PROBLEM

Reorder requests were passed verbally from one person to another. Later, the same questions came back: “Did we order it?”, “Has it shipped?”, “When will it arrive?”. Purchasing had to return to the computer, search emails and reconstruct what had happened and with which supplier.

WORK

I kept the most natural habit — asking by voice — and built the system around it. Apps Script records the request in the application and shared Google Sheet; purchasing finds it ready to handle and can update its status.

  • voice capture without stopping to fill in a form
  • one shared place for each order request
  • visible states showing what still needs action and what has already been ordered
  • automatic date and time when the order changes state
EXTENSION

The workflow can be extended to supplier email. Where process and access allow it, AI can identify the order a message refers to and propose a status or delivery update. This is enabled and verified for the specific context rather than assumed to be automatic.

METHOD

Different technologies. Same method: start from how the company actually works and remove unnecessary steps. The logic is reusable and can be adapted to businesses with different roles, suppliers and workflows.

Web app / Client onboarding

Start — client onboarding

Proprietary tool
Start welcome screen for preparing a project request

The portal I use to turn the first brief into a structured request, with service choice, company details and relevant project information already organised.

Technologies and scope

  • Web app
  • Onboarding
  • Guided brief
  • IUYA
  • Workflow
Visit the website
PROBLEM

At the beginning of a project, company details, materials and requirements can easily be scattered across email, messages, attachments and notes. The work then starts with information that must be reconstructed.

WORK

I built Start to structure onboarding too: it collects company and contact details, then the requested service, and only shows the questions that are relevant to that path.

  • guided service selection
  • WebCare pricing and IUYA convention option
  • conditional questions based on the selected service
  • final request summary
  • a path the client can complete alone or together with me
METHOD

I do not only organise client systems. I also designed how we start working together: less scattered information and more useful context before development begins.

An operational food-sector platform with client-selectable themes and inline editing for products and recipes.

Technologies and scope

  • Custom platform
  • Inline editing

CONTEXT

ChefChain is a Dutch company applying blockchain technology to the food sector. I have managed the platform operationally and technically since its first launch.

WORK

KEY FEATURE

I developed an inline editing system that lets authenticated users edit fields directly on a product or recipe page and immediately see the final formatting.

NOTE

The website has gone through several visual updates. The latest was implemented around updated brand guidelines and external creative direction.
