Digital systems
that work.

When a website breaks or the same order must be copied into several systems, work slows down. I find the problem, fix what is not working and build what is missing.

Where I step in.

I do not start with a service list. I start with the signals that show when a digital system is asking too much of people.

  1. S-01

The website is slow, unstable or difficult to update.

The visible problem may come from hosting, plugins, structure, content or responsibilities that were never clearly assigned.

  2. S-02

Orders and requests are still handled manually.

Email, messages and spreadsheets become unavoidable because the workflow was never designed as a system.

  3. S-03

The tools exist, but they do not communicate.

Information gets copied more than once and nobody has a reliable view of what is happening.

  4. S-04

Catalogues and content take too much time.

Repetitive procedures and disorganised data turn every update into a fragile and expensive task.

  5. S-05

There is no technical owner keeping the pieces together.

Suppliers, platforms and priorities accumulate without someone able to decide what comes first.

A slow website
is often just
the symptom.

The problem you can see is rarely the only problem.

A website, e-commerce platform or automation depends on hosting, data, plugins, procedures and people. Fixing the visible point without understanding these relationships only moves the problem elsewhere.

When an off-the-shelf solution is not enough, I build what is needed.

I do more than install and configure existing tools. I write custom code to add features, connect the software you use and automate manual steps. This includes the Danea connection built for Nuova Gepam.

Websites and e-commerce

New websites or renewals for sites that are difficult to update, with clearer catalogues and purchasing for retail and trade customers.

  • Renewals
  • B2B WooCommerce
  • Catalogues

Automation and connections

Data and requests move between the software you use, including e-commerce and management systems, after checking access and data exchange options.

Web applications and client areas

Online spaces for requests, quotes and documents, with client and collaborator access defined for each project.

REAL CASE / Automation

A spoken order. Everyone can see where it stands.

In a small family-run business, a request made in passing could become a phone call, a reminder or simply something to remember. I built the workflow around that everyday habit instead of forcing another piece of software on the team.

“Did we order it?”“Has it shipped?”“When will it arrive?”
See the full case See the technical case
  1. 01 / VOICE

The request starts while people are working.

Item, quantity and supplier are spoken on the spot, without stopping to fill in a form.

  2. 02 / CAPTURE

    Voice becomes a tracked request.

Apps Script sends the request to the app and shared Google Sheet, with the information already structured.

  3. 03 / STATUS

Purchasing updates it. Everyone else can see it.

When the order is handled, its status changes and the date and time remain attached to the request.

    Product X · Qty Y
    To orderOrdered
    Today · 10:42
  4. 04 / EXTENSION

Supplier replies can feed back into the workflow.

Where process and access allow it, AI can read supplier email, identify the related order and propose the right update.

Understand, build, support.

First I clarify the work, goals and priorities. Then I build and verify what is needed. Support and improvements are agreed together.

START / Client onboarding

I do not only organise client systems. I also designed how we start working together.

Company details, service choice, requirements and the final summary follow one guided path. Less information scattered across messages, email and attachments; more useful context before the work starts.

  • Company and contacts
  • Service and pricing
  • Only relevant questions
  • Project summary

Complementary expertise. One technical point of contact.

For over 2 years, I have collaborated with Sideral Consultancy, a US company active in AI solutions, web hosting, and API management and integration. This broadens the expertise available for more complex projects, while I remain the technical point of contact and coordinate the work.

Systems built around real work.

The portfolio shows more than interfaces. It makes the operational problem behind each project clear, along with the logic used to address it.

SaaS · Travel operations

Tiquote

Tiquote interface for managing travel quotes

Quotes that are easy to create, send and track.

Problem
Client data, options and materials spread across different tools made proposals harder to prepare.
Solution
An application that organises trip information and makes every quote easier to create, send and track.

WooCommerce · Product workflow

ProductPronto

ProductPronto interface while preparing a new WooCommerce product

From repetitive uploads to a guided product workflow.

Problem
Product management required repetitive steps and information spread across different operations.
Solution

WordPress · Release operations

ChefChain

Case under review
ChefChain page with inline content editing

Update the product without putting real users at risk.

Problem
A full migration from staging to production can overwrite accounts and data in the live environment.
Solution
A selective release process is being assessed, with dependencies, backups and rollback defined before any intervention.

Let's discuss
the problem before
the solution.

In 30 minutes, we can understand what happens today, which steps slow the work down and whether an intervention makes sense.
